These terms govern your use of the Resonant website at beresonant.co.uk (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Who we are

The Site is operated by Resonant Recruitment Development Ltd ("Resonant", "we", "us"), a company registered in England & Wales. You can reach us at ben@beresonant.co.uk.

2. What this Site is

The Site is a marketing website describing Resonant's commercial strategy services for recruitment firms. It does not sell products online, does not host user accounts, and does not accept user-submitted content. Bookings for introductory calls are handled by a third-party scheduler (Calendly).

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the Site;
• scrape or copy substantial portions of the Site for competing commercial use;
• misuse the Calendly booking link (spam bookings, no-shows in bad faith, or booking on behalf of others without their consent);
• use the Site in breach of any applicable law.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including copy, brand marks, design, photography and downloadable research such as The State of Business Development in Recruitment 2025 — is © Resonant Recruitment Development Ltd and its licensors, all rights reserved.

You may share the research report unmodified and with clear attribution to Resonant. Any other commercial reproduction, republication or redistribution requires our prior written permission.

5. Third-party links and services

The Site links to third-party services, in particular Calendly for scheduling calls. We are not responsible for the availability, content, terms or privacy practices of those third parties. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

6. No advice, no warranty

Content on the Site is general information about commercial strategy in recruitment. It is not tailored professional, legal, financial or employment advice, and should not be relied on as such. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available"; we do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that content is free of errors.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Resonant is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under English law.

8. Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
